sodium_crypto_secretstream_xchacha20poly1305_init_push — 暗号化のために、シークレットストリームのコンテキストを初期化する
$key): array暗号化のために、シークレットストリームのコンテキストを初期化します。
key暗号化キー。 sodium_crypto_secretstream_xchacha20poly1305_keygen() を参照して下さい。
ふたつの文字列からなる配列を返します。
